When: Monthly - Second Thursday, 7:00 PM (as submittals dictate)
Where: Pavilion by the Lake

The Lake Tallavana Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is comprised of Lake Tallavana property owners willing to volunteer and review submissions for changes to homeowners property that ensure compliance with the Restrictive covenants as well as any promulgated regulations. The chair is appointed by the Board of Directors.  Submissions are made in writing using the ACC form. Any property owner of the community can participate on the ACC Committee. Authority
The Lake Tallavana ACC operates in accordance with subsection 720.3035(1), Florida Statutes, the Lake Tallavana Revitalized Restrictive Covenants (RRC) paragraphs 3 and 14, as well as Article III of the community’s Articles of Incorporation and sections 190 (4) and (5). As further required by subparagraph 720.303(2)(c)1.  Notices of all board meetings must be posted in a conspicuous place in the community at least 48 hours in advance of a meeting.

Submittal Deadline
No later than the Friday before the regularly scheduled ACC meeting to allow time for review as well as the required posting of the meeting notice.

What the ACC Does
The ACC committee reviews proposed changes to ensure they are in keeping with the community covenants, and provides approval or disapproval. The committee reviews proposed exterior changes on a lot(s) affecting the property in accordance with the Association’s covenants and any applicable regulations. A copy of such approval will be provided to both the homeowner and the HOA community manager as a official public record.
