Meeting Information

When: Monthly - Second Thursday, 7:00 PM (as submittals dictate)
Where: Pavilion by the Lake

The Lake Tallavana Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is comprised of Lake Tallavana property owners willing to volunteer their time and energy to the preserving the natural environment and aesthetics that make Lake Tallavana so unique. Any property owner of the community can sit on the ACC Committee. If you are interested in volunteering for the ACC committee when a vacancy exists, please feel free to contact the Committee Chairperson. Authority
The Lake Tallavana ACC operates in accordance with subsection 720.3035(1), Florida Statutes, the Lake Tallavana Revitalized Restrictive Covenants (RRC) paragraphs 3 and 14, as well as Article III of the community’s Articles of Incorporation and sections 190 (4) and (5). As further required by subparagraph 720.303(2)(c)1. in part; Notices of all board meetings must be posted in a conspicuous place in the community at least 48 hours in advance of a meeting.

Submittal Deadline
No later than the Friday before the regularly scheduled ACC meeting to allow time for review as well as the required posting of the meeting notice.

What the ACC Does
The ACC committee reviews the proposed changes to ensure they are in keeping with the community covenants, and provide approval to the homeowner to make those desired changes. The committee reviews exterior changes on a lot(s) affecting the property in accordance with the Association’s covenants. A copy of such approval will be provided to both the homeowner and kept in the Association's files.
