From the slow moving traffic to the golf carts, bicyclists and walkers, this natural park-like setting is tailored to take away the stress of your daily lives and provide a place to enjoy abundant wildlife and scenic beauty. Crossing the dam, the waters of the lake beckon us to get into a boat and putter around the 160 acre lake or try our hand at catching a trophy bass. Lake Tallavana is truly a unique residential community that, due to the tireless efforts of the all-volunteer board of directors and many member volunteers, remains a testament of how humans and nature can live together in harmony.
